Bibhutibhushan Bandyopadhyay (1894–1950) is regarded as one of the greatest Bengali writers. His best known works are the autobiographical novel, Pather Panchali (The Song of the Road), which was made into a film by Satyajit Ray, Chander Pahar, and Aranyak.

In this collection of nine stories of the uncanny and occult by the legendary Bengali storyteller, seven are short stories of séance, curses, return for revenge, and the desire for things that have no place in human lives. Two are about tantra, of necromancy, spiritual power, goddesses, and ghosts.

We will gladly accept any unused product in its original packing within 10 days of delivery. On returns, we reserve the right to send you a replacement or give you equivalent store credit. No cash refunds are made and no discounted products will be accepted.

No request will be entertained if concern is not raised within this stipulated period.
We will send you a return confirmation email post which the product needs to be shipped back to us. We should receive the return shipment within 10 days of issuing the authorization email. Once we receive the product and the defect is certified by our Quality team we would either send you a replacement or issue you a refund for the same through a store credit. The decision on whether a returned item will be approved or rejected lies completely with our Quality team. Return shipping for the product will be at customer’s expense.

Orders can be cancelled anytime before shipping.In case of cancellation refund will be processed through same mode within 10 working days.

All the products are normally dispatched within 24 hours after receiving the order. The average delivery time is 4 to 5 working days in major cities.
