We will gladly accept any unused product in its original packing within 10 days of delivery. On returns, we reserve the right to send you a replacement or give you equivalent store credit. No cash refunds are made and no discounted products will be accepted. Ensure the product you are returning is unused, unwashed and in its original condition. If it is used, damaged or soiled the return won't be processed. Kindly allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing. We will inform you when your return has been processed. Return shipping for the product will be at customer’s expense.
Even though we inspect each and every product before dispatch, note that in the rare case of a damaged product or a wrong product delivered, you should inform us within 48 hours of delivery at email@example.com or call us at 9810046185 preferably with a picture of the damaged/wrong product. No request will be entertained if concern is not raised within this stipulated period. We will send you a return confirmation email post which the product needs to be shipped back to us. We should receive the return shipment within 10 days of issuing the authorization email. Once we receive the product and the defect is certified by our Quality team we would either send you a replacement or issue you a refund for the same through a store credit. The decision on whether a returned item will be approved or rejected lies completely with our Quality team. Return shipping for the product will be at customer’s expense.
Orders can be cancelled anytime before shipping.In case of cancellation refund will be processed through same mode within 10 working days.
